I compare writers to photographers to show the importance of being focused and zooming in to include details. I put this lesson into a Smart Board format which I posted on TeachersPayTeachers for free. But now that I've done that, I'm thinking it would be better in a Powerpoint format. What's your preference? Smart Notebook or Powerpoint?
You can get the Smart Board lesson if you click here and go to my TpT store. If you're just interested in the information, you can click here for a Google doc.
Happy writing!

Hi Debbie,
I wasn't able to open the Smartboard lesson. Can you give me your Teacher Pay Teachers site and I can go there directly? Thanks, Christine
I have never used a smartboard, so at this point my preference is powerpoint because that's what I have and can use. The lesson sounds really good.
Mrs. Kennedy,
Sorry about that! I think TpT was down for maintenance at some point today. Here's the link you can cut and copy if you need to.

Thanks Debbie I got it. I have some writing lessons on my blog you might want to look at. The small moment on a roller coaster is a fun one. I Use The Screaming Mean Machine as my mentor text. You can just go to the category of writing at the top of the blog....www.christine-readingisthinking.blogspot.com
